Silver & Fern has a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days from recieving your item to request a return. If accepted, you will have 14 days to return your item, in the original packaging. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned.

If the item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order so I can resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if possible.

Recycled silver is made from old jewellery, medical equipment and electronics which is melted down and reformed into bars, sheets and wire. It's the same quality as newly mined silver except it's a sustainable alternative!

Everything I create is made using recycled silver aand gold so you can be sure your piece of jewellery is always made with sustainable materials.

Please don't hesitate to get in contact with any questions or queries about bespoke pieces of jewellery, be it a pendant, earrings or a ring.

I am more than happy to take on commission work but please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid upon agreement of the commission so that the materials can be purchased and the remaining 50% must be paid before the item is finished and posted out.

You can pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. Payments via credit or debit card payments are securely processed.
